Find Living Relatives

I am trying to find a lady H....y DAY, born 1939, father Harold Stanhope Day born c1913 in Derby.

I believe that this lady is a living relative of my father on his Maternal side and also has information on my Father's Paternal side.

As I have a very extensive tree and I am led to believe she too has an online tree (cannot find) we could be of great help to each other and realise a family connection.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance.

Presumably you have searched trees on this site for names common to you? Not that you 'appear' to have Harold Stanhope Day c 1913 in your tree.

They have 3 hidden Day offspring.

They show a female Day marrying a male Tonkin, who in turn marries a female Robertson, leading to a root male. The tree owner is lizardpansylouise, and the tree lizardpansy. A lot of the births and deaths are in South Africa.

If they have found correct details, they may be able to tell you about the person you seek.


As you have access to Ancestry, it would be a good idea to search trees on that site, and send messages to all the relevant tree owners.

My mother was a "Brindle" and my father was "Day and they lived most of their life in West Derby, Liverpool. The Brindle's originated from Altcar - Litherland during the 1700-1800's.

Thankyou so much for that, I do in fact have Harold and many more Day family on my tree, but, I do not belong to Ancestry or have access to it, I do have a much larger tree on another site than the one here on GR.

I have just been cooking the evening meal and eaten, however I am back here for a short while tonight, but, as I do not subscribe to Ancestry, I will ask you to knidly send a message on my behalf as you have so kindly offered.
