How do you know his Mother's maiden name is King?
There have been births posted for Reginald and Frederick with spelling SamsUN, mother's maiden name Churchman. Are these wrong?
If Reginald were born in December 1914 his birth could be registered at the end of 1914, or in the beginning of 1915.
