Hey Community

Need some help here. Looking for living relatives of Ian David Sylvester Douglass. He was born September 18, 1950 in Smallburgh, Norfolk.... Son of Astird Douglass (Mason)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried Search Trees on this site?

If you find a possible match you could contact the tree owner to see if you have a connection.

There is someone else who has Astrid in their tree.

Do you know if sadly Astrid has died or just opt from the electoral roll ?
Last showing 2003.

Nothing showing in the indexes up to 2006.
Possible in a care home unless you know different.

Are you in touch with Ian's widow ?

I have found a few names that match the ones I have on my tree. I have sent the requests out, just waiting to hear back from them so I can see if we are related... This is very exciting.... :-D

Sadly this is a side of my family I know very little about, other then what I can pull from old birth certificates.

I am having good luck finding relatives from the past, but of course trying to find living ones which has been a task.

I know that Astrid Olive Douglass (nee Mason) was born in 1929, and married a Sylvestor Derek Douglass, and that they had Ian Douglass in 1950. Other then that, I don't have anothing going forward.

Is there a way on here to see if he had any kids? or even other Siblings?

I have looked to see if he had any children but have not found any?

I haven't found any siblings either?

Well... Research is working for real...

Ian David Sylvester Douglass, had a sister, Her name was Fiona Astrid Douglass born in 1957...

The questions is... Where is she now.... :-S

Well who ever he is you should be able to contact him as he became a member possibly the same day as you.
