	Presumably Coxon was her maiden name. There is an announcement of her birth here, to parents Mr and Mrs W F Coxon (nee Ruby Purcell)...... http://trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/2157239 Its in the left hand column under births which are listed alphabetically. Unless you know if she married and that surname, she going to be rather difficult to find because of the Victorian privacy laws. There are no listings on whitepages.co.au (phone book) for B J Coxon in any of the St Kilda subdistricts in Victoria. Depending on when you were last in contact, you may have to consider that she may be deceased, or physically/mentally disabled and thus not have a separate listing. You could put Australia in your title, and see if more experienced researchers can help.

Related through her Grandfather Anthony Herbert Purcell B 1866 who was my Uncle. His sister Mary Louisa Williams nee Purcell was my Great Grandmother. Thank you C Williams
