Find Living Relatives

l am assuming that he is alive.....as l have no proof otherwise. He was born 1916-18, somewhere in England. He worked at the royal ordnance factory in Pembrey.S.wales in 1938=40, and lived in Burry Port, in Pembroke Bungalows, Furnace Road, during that period. That is all l have on him. Hoping that someone may know him or of him. Thanks.

It might be an idea to check old electoral registers to see if he had any middle names.
These lists will likely be in a main library local to that address.
Sometimes a helpful librarian will check for you if you live away from the area.
Lists are searched by address, not name.

With the full name you would be better placed to track this man.

l found him on the electoral records in 1937...that's how l knew where he lived.....and a local had told me roughly his age then. he was just down as john fegan...no middle name....and he had left by 1939. have no idea where he went after that. l thought that his job would help....but it's MOD so no answers there. Thanks for all the help, though.

If he was just John, there is one person born in Toxteth area on freebmd.

You could try looking for other births with the same surname and mother's maiden name ( there are several, - all with just one forename) then you could click on the SEARCH TREES tab on GR site to see if anyone has them in their tree.
A message to them might establish whether or not the John in their family was in Wales at one time.

Thank you for those two.....the age l was going on was what l was told...but they may not have known his exact age after all the years. Just thought it might have rung a bell with someone.....the working at the bomb factory in wales.
