I am looking for my sisters children. Her name is kathryn and her children are jodie daniel and shaun . They were adopted over 20 years ago and would love to find them.

Do you mean looking on her behalf? She needs to put her name on the national adoption register in case they are looking for her.
She could also contact NORCAP for advice:

I think it might be possible to add your sister's contact details to their adoption files? I would contact Social Services and ask.

Obviously you cannot find them unless they want to be found.
