Have been given George's birthdate and area of birth. Januray 29th 1945, Cowcaddens area of Glasgow. Also that George was probably named after his father. George worked at Dungeness power station (building it ?) in1965/1966. :-)

Have you looked at Friendsreunited?

If you know where he worked, you can do a workplace search.............

hi all, and hugs,
I am searching for my birth father George Brown, of Glasgow.
I was born in August 1967, and adopted.
George at that time was I believe 22. I have traced my birth mother, Susan who has told me about George. As she remembers, George had a brother possibly named Malcolm and both were partly raised in childrens homes in Glasgow. It's possible that George's mother passed away at a young age. I have no idea of her name, unfortunately. George worked in England in 1966.
Thanks for any help, Kathryn xxxx
