WE ARE TRYING TO TRACE MY PARTNERS SISTER MELANIE, SHE WAS BORN IN NEATH,WALES IN 1963. THEY WERE BOTH BORN WITH THE SURNAME OF DYER BUT WERE FOSTERED TO A COUPLE IN BARRY WHO CHANGED THEIR SURNAME TO WATERS. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE SEPERATED WHEN THEY WERE ABOUT 14 AND 15YRS OLD WHEN MELANIE WAS PUT BACK INTO THE CARE SYSTEM AND HAVEN,T HEARD FROM OR SEEN EACH OTHER SINCE , MY PARTNER IS DESPERATE TO TRY AND FIND HER SO IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION PLEASE LET US KNOW, ALSO IF ANY ONE HAS ANY ADVICE ON WHERE WE GO FROM HERE IN OUR SEARCH WE WOULD BE VERY THANKFUL.
