I have a small black and white photo 2x2, of a boy, taken I think in the late 50s/60s. I have no name for him and no clues other than ruling out family members. Can anyone suggest how to find out who he is without a name.

Hello Jane,

As this site has millions of members with millions of relatives, I think you are on rather a lost cause here. The best thing is to ask around within your own family as they are the only ones likely to have an idea as to who the small boy is. You may have some male relatives in your tree who fit into the timescale.

Believe me I have been looking for this boy since 2006 and have exhausted the family members and friends. While, thanks to GR, looking for him I have found two other families, 9 half brothers and sisters that I didn't know I had. I feel sure that this person is another half brother on the basis of where I found the photo. Have even written a book.

Thanks for your help. Jane
