If you ask about the same people, the name of the board is irrelevant....

ONE post per topic is the rule

And, in fact, as the lady is dead, she doesn't qualify as a living relation

This board is actually intended as a means of locating KNOWN living relations, but its purpose is mostly misunderstood by the people who use it to ask for help

If she didn't have chlidren.........what relatives do you hope to find?

Buy her marriage cert for father's name..............

You'll have to work back...........then come forward again

Her Father's name will be on her marriage certificate.

And then this could be her birth certificate for Mother's name:

Yes I have looked in trees, this woman is a bit of a nightmare. I have found both her husbands and tried to contact other people through their trees unfortunately the families don't seem to know a lot about Kitchener and there is lots of Edward Clarks. Unfortunately I don't have names of her parents or an address and I cannot find any children from the other marriages. This branch of the family would be my grandmothers adopted family, so not a lot is known! Yep that is the first husband!

Have you looked to see if anyone has any of these people in their trees on here?
Have you tried looking for any births in free bmd?
Have you got the death certificate to see what information that gives you?

I am trying to find living relatives of an Ellen M J, born a Webb, married Kitchener Cowan in 1940 and then married an Edward Clark/e in 1950. Ellen died in 1966 at the age of 47.
Any help would be great.
