Yes thats her in 1901, i dont know for sure that she married Reg, it might be another Annie Balcombe.But at the moment i cannot find a possible marriage for her.

Can you just confirm her birth details? There is no Annie Balcombe born 1897, but there is this one, given that you mention Ticehurst:
