a google images search for

raf 103 squadron

go here

http://www.flickr.com/photos/32428426@N06/3180150004/

if Freddie was in the squadron in 1942 he may be in that photo ... but no, if he was 19 in 1944 ...

not quite what you hoped for but it could be a start?

you can contact the photo owner I believe via that web page

there is also a link to RAF Elsham Wolds Association

http://www.flickr.com/groups/elshamwolds/pool/with/3180150004/

with other photos

and it has a discussion page

http://www.flickr.com/groups/elshamwolds/discuss/

others have posted there asking for information

information posted at that site can be found by google, so if you post a message with very complete information a fellow descendant of a crew member for example might find you

other photos by the same flickr user for example

Terence Report 1 Sep 2011 21:38

My Nephew, Freddie Osborne was shot down in his Lancaster Bomber, 103 Squadron flying out of Elsham Wolds base, in 1945. His Parents, Fred and Grace, from South Kensington, London, were so deeply upset by the death of this, their only child, that they never once spoke of him to the family, and took their grief to the grave.
I would ask anyone, friend or family, who remembers Fred and Grace, as to whether there might be a photograph somewhere showing this young 19 year old's face. I have searched in vain via the RAF, but to no avail.
Please, if you can help me, I would be very, very grateful for your help.
Thanking you all in anticipation, and grateful thanks,
Terry Osborne
