Edna it is possible that someone with the name Hardy from Newcastle upon Tyne will see your message some day but it is not very likely ...

have you searched trees at this site to see whether anyone else has Henry in the tree? two other people do seem to have him

have you done tracing of his siblings and descendants through the census and birth, marriage, death records?

that is the best way to find people ... find out who they are and then look for them :-)

if you read some of the threads on the 'find ancestors' board you can see the kind of help that other members can give with such searches

dozens of people have the name Hardy born in Newcastle upon Tyne in the late 1700s and early 1800s in their trees, if you know names of Henry's parents and siblings you can try searching for them
