Might you be better to look for Vincent as his name is fairly unusual? Try Facebook, Friends reunited.
I have sent birth & marriage details, to show he has a middle initial.

I am looking for my uncle, John Fredrick Arthur Franks. He was born March 17, 1936 in Braintree, Essex, England. He was the son of Fred and Vera Franks of Braintree. He was married to Margaret Caulfield (Margaret passed away atleast 12 years ago). John has two sons living: Paul (about 1958) and Vincent (about 1964).

The last I knew, Uncle John was living in Braintree and Paul was living in Spain.

Any clues to their whereabouts would be greatly appreciated.
