I have heard many moons ago that relatives can be traced through Englands Social Security. Is this still possible.?

He may have taken her to Scotland but I feel that he moved to Scotland later. I bellieve that feelings became mixed and Rita left home at a early age and settled in a relationship.

As Rita was sadly only 8 when her mother died, so someone must have "raised her".
Her dad did not take her to Scotland ?

With the surname of Evans and Ryan I have came to a stop in tracing any living relatives of the family.
I am trying to locate a niece of my mothers.
Rita Margaret Ryan born 1931 Thanet Kent to Katie Margaret Evans and Lewis Ryan.
Ritas mother Katie Margaret Ryan nee Evans died 1939 at Linton Essex
I know that her father Lewis Ryan remarried and moved to Scotland but have been unable to locate Rita.
Rita may have resided in London in the late 1970s
Hoping that someone may have a record that they can search.
Cheers
