I am trying to find any relatives of Herbert Robert Tanner who died in 1986.
I believe he was the brother of my father in law William Daniel Joseph Tanner born 11th. May 1916 in Kensington his mother was Edith Ellen Kirby and his father was either Robert William or William Ernest Tanner.
