If you don't know Arthur's surname try looking at Electoral Registers for Bristol at the time he was a boarder with your grandmother. It will be much easier to get in contact with him if you have his full name.

You will find the registers at the library closest to the address and they are searched by address.

i would like to get in touch with arthur who would be 71 now. He was a boarder with my late grandmother ,Kate Window, in Bristol, while at university around early 1960's. I know i'm cutching at straws but here's hoping.
