Have you tried 192.dot com ,BT online,and Facebook?

I note that both Andrew and Catherine have middle names on their birth references and that should help to be able to narrow them down when searching.
Have you tried searching for a marriage for either?
If not then maybe there is one possibility for Catherine in Beds,but only the marriage cert would tell you if it were her by her fathers name on it.

I am currently trying to find my half brother Andrew Farrell YOB 1977 and sister Catherine Farrell YOB 1975 mothers name Rita Mottram who was married to my Dad Patrick Farrell last known to be staying in Luton beds area got a match on my tree for Rita Mottram but unfortunately the lady couldnt help! I'm at a loss as to where to go from here any ideas i've been trying to trace them for years!
