You can only search by the address before then at the nearest main libary

so not much use to you

I am looking for the address of edward/eddy russell and sister jean Russell / Higgins around 1989 - 1993. I cant find the site that I found them on before, it may of been the electoral role but that seems to only go back to 2002, can anyone suggest somewhere to look.
