Jax

I haven't searched for marriages of children yet, I've still been searching for children. Maybe I will try this next.

I have been in contact with 2 people who have the same in tree but non of them have any info, this I think is because Cornelius and siblings where all seperated and so to speak farmed out to different families to be brought up as there mother left and father couldn't cope.

I have emailed a further 3 people but as yet they haven't read the email so may not be doing the tree anymore!!!!

Thanks for all your help

Theresa :-)

I see you have stuarts children in your tree but not seeing any marriages for them...could they have left the country?

Have you or are you in contact with any one else who has cornelius in their tree? and one other who has Thelma that I can see

Have from 2002 possible address and phone no available for STUART (again, could have opted out of records post 2002). Others at address seem to match the spouse first name from the probable marriage and possible children, just depends if they are still there. Maybe you can confirm if you know his wife and/or children first names to clarify?

PM me if you want me to give you the details so you can try them?

thanks jax,
that was my thought as well, that he may have died within the past 5 yrs, he would be around 90 now, would really like to find him as my mother in law (his sister) hasn't seen him for about 75 yrs and I would have loved to be able to reunite them, hence the search also for his son Stuart Stainsby.

Thelma above does look correct as this is the birth year I have.

Only small piece of info but might help a little. Cornelius listed on 192.com in 2002 as living in Durham (alone). He is then not listed again but lots of people opted out of electoral roll so he might have still been there until the next noted house sale in 2007. I think if he died around this time or after it would not yet be showing up on the records.

I cannot see a death for Cornelius either but he may be living or died within the last five years

Hi

Hoping somebody can help me, I'm trying to trace Cornelius Stainsby from Durham Eastern, I can't find a death record for him, or maybe his wife Thelma Stainsby (nee Lowery).

Would also like to trace their son Stuart Stainsby also from Durham Eastern.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Theresa :-)
