Help needed please,Searching for John Stone

Hi, I`m searching for John Stone, Middle name possibly Edward , Born May 1944 , lived in Norhbourne, Bournemouth in the 1960`s and served with the Royal Green Jackets also during the 60`s/70`s when on the death of his father he left the army to look after his sick Mother circa 1973.

His Mothers christian name is possibly Ethel but unsure.
His Father was known as Bill ie William Stone.

I have heard he could have moved to the Oxford area.


Any help much appreciated.

A BIG thank you to all the people who have helped me on GR.

I paid for an electoral roll search for John Stone and it came up with 14 possibilities, I wrote a letter to everyone of them and I am happy to say that he has made contact with me. I got a telephone call at 7.40 last night.

That's brilliant Wayne - so pleased that you were able to find him. :-D

The 'helpers' are the biggest asset of GR (no I didn't have a hand in it, but all credit to those who did)
