Thanks everyone for your kind words & those of you who have PM'd me. Have been asleep on & off all day but am still tired.

I managed to drag myself off shopping late this morning but was exhausted when I got back. Haven't had the energy to cook today but I fancied those stews! Lol!

Am off to bed early, I'm sure the dogs will be happy to go to bed too.

hi angela just a thought when my mum was looking at having to stay in the hospital she was so worried about her little dog that she started asking around and found one of the respite care place's had a holiday progam for pet's but they also found new home's for pet's so mum or dad didn't have to worry about them.mum, dad and pet get to the know the new owner before anything happen's( much better on all party's) my be someone could babysit or house sit for you so you could get to see him more often. Even if you don't go to church 'check out the local church's or salvo's someone my be willing to help chin up sweetheart been in your shoe's with my dad and looking like going down that road with a dear friend waiting for his test's to come back but not looking good time will tell. Morning everyone. I have work today, training with new equiptment which we are getting in two weeks.
Later start.

Irene my son has been working nights baking hot cross buns, I'm worried cos he isn't home yet and has an hours drive. Should have been home about seven! Bet he is working overtime!!

Angela we are lucky to have two families who love our dog, walk him and take him while we are on holiday. You might find someone who would like a dog but for reasons can't have one full time but would look after yours at week ends.

Malc take care, be kind to your nurse Jackie!!

Mary how are you today? xx Hows all the family? x

I have to go so see you all later Carole xx

Just a quickie to wish you all a Good day n if I don't get on over next few days a very Happy Easter. Don;t get eating too many Easter Eggs...........I'd say no more than 10!!..lol

Off for our day out tomorrow to Brighton with the 'Group'....am not looking forward to it for obvious reasons but as OH say's I have nothing to worry about....but then that's easy said coming from someone who knows them all n doesn't have a self confidence problem...n to have the Ex wife as one of the group makes it doubly difficult for me..!!

Anyway....special hugs to all those who need it.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I have a friend who visits the dogs when I'm not here for a day & my daughter & grandchildren do the same. Trouble is, to stay away overnight means I have to get someone to look after the cats & chickens too. If he's not back soon I may ask my daughter to stay over here in the holidays. Trouble is they have dogs too.
Irene, I have no need to rehome the dogs-they are mine not his. I owe them big time for getting me thru the last 4yrs. I went thru it with my Dad too.
Sorry, I'm rambling now!

Can I join you all please?

I did start reading this thread a couple of months ago and intended to post, but was worried what others would think of me as well known member.

I do not know where to start, if I start at the begining I would bore you all, although it would be the best way to start. If I start at the end you would all think I am crazy as I am one very lucky person.

But I am so unhappy, yet have no reason to be so. I am in tears and it is not yet 9am. Yesturday, I was full of the 'Joys of Spring' This is the norm for me, one day fine and the next very emotional and sad.

I keep trying to find out why I am like this. I often look back and try to find out when it all started. OK, I have have had many up's and down's like many of you. Oh Boy do I have lots.

I have been to my GP on many an occasion. had Tablets prescribed and not taken them for long enough for them to have any affect.

Please can I use this thread to pour out all my feelings.

Jenny of course you can use this thread, that's what it's for, you are quite safe here as we are all going through some bad times. Don't be on your own, there is always someone here to talk to, and, no-one judges, just help where we can.

Jenny, you are, of course, very welcome to use this thread. Nobody on here will criticize you or anything, we all have our own hang ups and problems and all help each other. It is a good thread to talk on, lots of people will help with suggestions. sorry today is a 'down' day hope it gets better as te day goes on.

Why do you not continue with the medication? Is it because you are ashamed to be taking it. As you can see from this thread there is no need to be. I am sure if you give it another go you will see an improvement. have you had any sort of counselling? I am not the right person to advise you about that but there are people on here who can.

Talk to us, we will listen.
(((hugs)))

There will be more as well Angela, and one day maybe you will feel strong enough to help, it's happened already with someone who was so scared to take tablets. Now we are so proud of her when we see her help others.
How are you feeling this morning, not so deep in your hole I hope.

hello

Well Dr has changed my tablets which mean having to wait until they take effect.

I am still upset yet feel as though I am getting angry now, nothing seems to go right at the moment.

I suppose I am just fed up with everything, I see the optician at lunchtime for some new glasses - I need better readers so I can lose myself in a good book, hope Greaders can help me there at the end of the month.

Any way I will try to keep posting, thank you to all that sent me pm's.

Ycaz beef stew? though I was dribbling at the thought - but your poor hands.

Take care all

Gill hi, lovely of you to come and tell us how you went on at Dr. Stick with the new tablets and you will get through this ok.
Is your anger directed at your friends you think you have lost on GR, I maybe shouldn't say this but if they were genuine they would still be with you. We are your friends and will always be here for you, don't forget that.
The stew was delicious, next time I make some I will send you a plateful.
