Hi All,
Malc do please take the bull by the horns and keep your appointments. you can do this you know you can.

Judi, welcome, I hope you feel as supported by this thread as I have done, also SueM glad to see you on here.

Carole....reporting in Ma'am

AnneGG, Still euphoric over the wales win??

Gill love, I knew that was going to get to you. Please ignore what people say, I was hoping you would stay away from the thread. Some people are very cruel.

Joyce Speak to you later then when you are awake.

Ben, wish I was 25!!! Carole has a good suggestion there. little steps at a time, with our help I am sure you can do it. Tell us which part of your ritual you are going to stop first. Nothing bad will happen to you if you stop, we promise. give it a go.

Getting a bit fed up now because, although the wound is healing well there is one tiny spot of infection which just will not heal, has a small amount of poison weeping out all the time and the antibiotic cream doesn't seem to be doing anything. Tomorrow is the last day for the cream, i think i will then have to go to the doc and see if he can clear it. it is just like a spot that wont heal.

Never mind, the sun is shining and it is a lovely looking day.

Hello to SueM and Taffy, pleased you have joined us, you will get all the help you need on here from all the lovely people.

Malc, never say can't, always say try and if you think you failed so what, there is always next time. One day you will come home so pleased with yourself because you got through it. Drinking all that wine won't help either, it could make you more depressed and your thoughts start going haywire so you get more depressed, it is a vicious circle.
Good luck for today and we will be thinking of you and willing you on.
Same goes for you Fi as well, with the drink.

Where is Liz, you ok Liz?, let us know when you can.

Don't let them get to you Gill, they have won if you do, it's what they wan't, can't be doing with cruel people.

Mary well done on finishing you paper collection, and you have loads of time to sort out the others, your not going to go at 66, we need you here anyway so tough.

What is this thing with counting, I have to count all books on shelves, and yes, tiles in bathroom, lamp posts we pass on the road, how many cars queing at lights, it drives me crazy sometimes but I can't stop it.
Morning Carole and Joyce and anyone else who may have posted while I,m writing. I'm going back to bed now, been waiting for time to take my fourth lot of tablets of the day, strewth, I hate being me at moment.
Sorry to anybody I missed but memory is not too good lately.

Caz xx

Hi Ben I know at 25 you may feel that your (how do I put this) mature? your not a baby by any means but you are only starting on the road of life (now I sound like my mum Iam only 44y) First advise Iam going to give you is don't ever try and work out how a young women thinks it would turn the most sane person batty (i have 2 daughters 23 and 24 and I could never work out my teenage so called friends and Iam female)so don't stress yourself trying .No 2 the storking thing. she may have felt that you were storking her but did you stop as soon as she told you? if you did your no storker it was just your unique behaver (forgive my spelling) and forgive the people that don't unerdstand it (although am shore it hurt you at the time).No3 from what you have said you can sometime pick up on when you are going overboard and that is the biggest step on the way to changing your unique habits No4 dark thought's and dark day's go hand in hand don't dwell on them move on always forward (I know it's easyer said then done but it CAN BE DONE) each day look for the little ray"s of sun shine and write it down when you find them that way there yours to keep if that make any sence. well you will find lot's of mother hen's on here to pick you up or give you a push when you need one Irenex

Gill [Skwirrel] remember, you can only be a target if you allow yourself to be one - people who attack other people are the ones with the problem, not you hun!! and these people are few and far between
