Don't get SKY, but would love the book they are talking of.

I think it is true, I am not sure whether old age does it , or the ability to fight back after a depression.... but I would say that I am stronger than I was.

Ann does it say when it makes you stronger? I'm looking forward to that already! xx
Feeling a bit funny last couple of days. I feel light headed as if I'm gonna loose my mind, do you know that feeling anyone? I have to sort of snap myself out of it. Makes me a bit panicky. xx

Hey up lasses, what's up? I go to bed for the day, have a nice warm bath and settle down to read a lot of lovely stories of how well we are doing. Nothing since Ann and on page 4.
My new pain is getting to me now so I am going to see doctor in the morning, it's hubbys day off luckily, still not googled Liz but I will. I think I may know what's causing my blackout, it happened again this morning but I want to see doc first about it, let you know what he says.
Going for my bowl of fresh fruit now for tea, mmmmn lovely.

Hello all,

Hope you have had a nice weekend,

As usual i dont feel like work tommorow, am so, so tired, finding working every day really hard. Sometimes you just want a bit of 'you' time, dont you?

Hugs to everyone, for pain, both physical and mental,

Caz, having only just returned I can imagine how lovely it was. Where did you go today?

We walked to Claife heights from Far Sawrey, not the best views for walks but still lovely and the weather was good, that was Monday. Tuesday we walked round Grasmere from White Moss (which is no longer a National Trust car park. half grasmere (the lake) was frozen solid so quite spectacular in the sun. Then after that we drove to Elterwater village and walked down by the river to Elterwater just as the sun was going down but still shining on the Langdales - beautiful. Wish I was looking forward to going up there now instead of looking towards going to hospital on Tuesday - ugh!

Hello Ann!!!

I havent been to Claife Heights for a few years but have been to Gramere in the past few months and we were at Elterwater and the Langdales a couple of weeks ago, one of my all time favourite places. I have mentioned on here that we have a little box buried there, in memory of babies we lost.

Today we went to one of most favourite places, the Duddon valley, have you been? If you havent, please let me show you it in May, it is so gorgeous, heaven on earth.

Good luck for Tuesday, my love,

Your friend, Caz xxxxxxx

There are some fab walks Ann, it was one of Wordsworths favourite valleys,

The little ones love it, we make the most of it before they become stay at home teens!!there is one walk that is particularly lovely, by the side of the river, then through woods, over stepping stones and back, would love to show you and Tony,

AnnCardiff Report 24 Feb 2008 21:35

Hi Twinkle - sorry you're feeling a bit rough today hun, it'll soon wear off I'm sure and you can start twinkling again!!

Kerry, stop it right now - no good getting in a state, you did good last week and there's absolutely no reason at all why you won't do good this week now is there - or better even.

Rach - what d'you mean "you think" you may have upset a friend? A friend of mine here on the boards thought she had upset me the other night but she most certainly hadn't - I think you're worrying about something that hasn't occurred.

Now come on girls, stop stressing yourselves over nothing and that means all of you now!! Listen to mother - I'm talking and must be obeyed toute suite!!

Love to all
