	hi i received a marriage cert today for my fathers brothers marriage his name was john edward RANSON he married a widow by the name of emma elizabeth louisa JAMES her maiden name was ROBERTSON this was 1928 in kent the witneses were my father {deceased} & george henry RUSSELL one of my mothers brothers i have as a george RUSSELL but the george russell i have was only only 11 yrs old at the time of the marriage was there any age limits for marriage witneses? so before this thread becomes confusing , the info i am seeking is any living rellies/ friends of emma james or george henry russell thank you for your time
