Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 4 835 Send Message	The seafood medley was delicious but the Black Forest Cake was disgusting, and this from a well know pastry shop. The chocolate shavings tasted like soap, the cream synthetic, the glazed cherries were dry and must have come from Noah's Ark. The chocolate cake was soaked in something sugary, not sure what.. YUUUK!!! I took one mouthful and spat it out...It slipped my mind that three village's away is an English lady who bakes for a living. We get our Christmas pudding from her every year. Nobody can make a plum pudding like "Sweet Marilyn" except I don't like brandy butter and buy a can of Devon custard instead. Oh Well!... Something to look forward to. Lindy ;)))))))))))))))))))))))))))) P:S: Drac, I never start a diet in the middle of the month, as I need to be mentally prepared, but will be on one at the end of this month so I can stuff myself at Christmas.. ;))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
