Member Since: August 2007 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hello, if there is anyone out there who is looking for birth family members for Cutts in the Devon or Manchester areas - I was born Pamela Joan Cutts, 1944 in North Devon and am in the process of trying to track any half borthers or sisters - I know there are some. Please post a message if you would like to follow this up.
