Depends on exactly what it is! When I am trawling through records - I find that a cheapo spriral bound book is great - the sequence stays put. For certificates - I always put them into punched poly-pockets in a ring binger. The next problem is the order in which you keep them - that's up to you of course! Each person has them all together - maybe indexed in sections? Tricky !lol In a word - Nightmare! The Peeps on Tips are probably better at organising these documents Best of luck and when you find an infallable way - lets all know?
