I have noticed on occasions complaints from some that they have not been receiving replies to their e-mails. Perhaps their e-mails never arrived? I happened to look at 'Your Contacts', and found that someone had contacted me a week ago - but I didn't actually receive the e-mail. I wonder why? Perhaps we should regularly check our 'Contacts' - just in case - and if we haven't received a reply to one we've sent, perhaps we should send another one? Anyone else getting this problem? Janet.
