Philip You could always add a suffix to the name, e.g. PeterUS Parker,. One of our branches has the surname Taylor in about three generations so I have added numbers to it, as Taylor1, Taylor2 and Taylor3. I have even added 'div' to my ex's name as I remarried. Having just added my tree to your excellent site, I realised that there is no indication to other searchers, that most of my name connections are in the USA or Netherlands, so any possible name links would add false hope to anyone researching purely in the UK, How can we make this ditinction ? |
