Hi....if your Dad knows the years he was in Care, contact London Metropolitan Archives, as they hold records of children Incare up until 1965, he will need to send in his details, DOB etc....& anythng else that might help..Janet

Does anyone know how I can track down the name of a Orphanage. My Dad was in an orphanage from (1940)3 months to 5 years when his mother came to claim him. He can only remember that it was in Cirencester. Any help gratefully appreciated.
