So many of the 'new names' have no place or time associated with them - due, I am reliably informed, to people uploading (maybe downloading) but whatever direction - from a gedcom file to GC. As time and place are of the essence of our hobby it is irritating, frustrating and downright unsatisfactory! I'll stop now and top up the chianti! Which is always very fulfilling - as is merlot.
