Does anyone else get frustrated when this message comes up? I appear to be succesful for perhaps 10 minutes. Then I get to an interesting bit and want more info. What comes up? Thats right, the above messgae. I have yet to have a session on this site when I can gather all the information I need. I have to come away from the computer and decide to try the next day. Then the same thing happens. Its getting extremely wearing. Please you guys, sort this out before I go completely mental and lose all my fingernails.

Kathleen Seems to have been alright this week - until last night that is. Was off for 6 hours again. It is very frustrating and was happening a lot, usually around 1.30am UK time. It has also had periods of going very slow. Hope they get it sorted out properly. Kathleen (another one!)

Cheers you K's!and AK, Still happening today, Wednesday! Look, I know my computer may not be State of Art and I'm not the most profficient of users so it must be the site right? or "Is it me?" The most continous session I've had without the message coming up is 20 minutes. There is so much information I'd like to get my teeth into and I've almost a dozen contacts whose trees I'm permitted to see but am stopped. If I can't get into them soon, the contacts will think I'm not interested and cut me off! Oh Bugger!

Hi Kathleen G Have you seen the guest bk heading ' attention support' alot of people are having probs and alot have complained,some have had replies including me, but we are not happy.Some are looking elsewhere.This is such a shame as GC is so good,but we need proper explanation from them.I suppose we all need to send message to GC. Jude

Hello fellows and Administrator. Would you bloody well believe it? I logged on this afternoon and Lo and behold, it let me into my mate's Malcolm Tree no problem. I've been right through from a-z looking at the various branches. Wonder if it will let me into the gigantic one I'm connected to? Its tea time so can't play now (have persons to feed) but shall sneak on while they're watching the tele later I hope. If not sucessful, rest assured I'll be back to have a moan. Kathy G
