We can always sit round the outside tables (if it isn't raining)!! Failing that, in an emergency is there a pub just down the road? I am sure we will be able to get in the restaurant, even if we can't actually get all together. Ann

Ros OK, Just inside the entrance doors (for those who don't know there is only one way in) by the houseplants. 12.15 for 12.30. And at 12.30 we go into the restaurant. Then anyone arriving late will need to look for the biggest noisiest group in there. see you tomorrow. Ann Glos

Ros, Inside or outside the restaurant? Don't want to be waiting outside if everyone else is inside. And which end of the restaurant. I suppose where there are the most tables! Ann Glos

Mike, I too have a badge which I used last Saturday at Bristol, just a small one though. Ros, They keep changing the layout of the restaurant but the last time we went they had removed the childrens area and fish tank and moved the pianola from halfway down the restaurant to the door into the garden centre. there are two ends to the restaurant which is or was sort of L shaped. It might be an idea if we agree one or other of the ends. Have you got time to call in there and see what it is like now and make a suggestion as to where we meet. It is usual in that restaurant too to get your food befor finding a table but I guess it would be better to locate each other first. there are always the outside tables but that could be chilly this time of year. Ann, I think Ros might be able to answer that as contact with Webbs has been made by her. Jacky

AnninGlos Report 17 Nov 2003 09:14

Ros/Jackie Was there something about letting them know if we were going to be a large group? There seem to be more people talking about coming now and, while the restaurant is large there aren't always automatically a lot of empty tables together in one area. Anyone given any thoughts on how to recognise each other? Ann Glos

The details are somewhere on this thread but they are: 12.30 on 6th December at Webbs of Wychebold Garden centre. Junction 5 off M5, signposted 'Webbs Garden Centre' on a brown sign board. Actually on A38 at wychebold north of Droitwich, South of Bromsgrove. Ann Glos
