Is there anyone who is registered on the 192 people finder or who has the electoral Roll on cd that can help me please.Nothing to do with family tree though.I have been away for a long weekend and when I arrived at london station(coach)a old lady took my case by mistake.I have her name and what part of the country she comes from other than that nothing.The coach company cant do anything until she reports the fact that she has took the wrong case,but up till now she hasn't. Chris a nice lady on this site called Nesta Rees has 2001 electoral roll, she very kindly did a look up for me a couple of nights ago.Hope that can help you.Good Luck sorry about your case Kathleen

Hi Kathleen I got an address off George yesterday so I've sent the Lady a letter this morning,Fingers crossed it's the right lady and she still has my case.I contacted National before I sent the letter and she still hasn't reported the incident.Dosn't sound to promising,I let you know what happens Chris

I have never heard of the electoral roll on CD where would I get it from it would certainly be very usefull. can any one tell me please? Regards Eve

Re Electoral Roll on Disc. It is call UKINFO disc and I bought mine from Amazon. One word of warning. People can now opt out of being on the disc (check your form when you get the next one through) therefore future ones might not be so complete. Regards, Nesta

Hi Christine Have you had any luck with the address i found for you. In answer to other requests bout how to get the cd, the latest version is available at pcworld for £25, or i have seen last years packaged in a family history programme (not sure which) for £20. George

It's also worth bookmarking bt(.) com/directory-enquiries which gives names, addresses and phone numbers for free with several search options.

Hi all, Don't forget that the new version of the UKINFO disc will probably have a lot of people "opting out" as this has now been put on all the Electoral forms that you folks send in every year. So hang on to your old versions as well as the new ones. Regard, Nesta
