Hi I am also new to this site (as of the weekend) and have had lots of help from people. I started looking into my family tree 2 years ago and got really frustrated with American sites that didnt seem to realise the UK was on the same planet, only discovered this one by chance and what a find! I just had to add this after Mags comment about not getting any housework etc done now, my husband wants to know if he still has a wife after the amount of time he has only seen my back since finding Genes Connected! feel as if I am gate crashing as you all seem to know each other - quite new to this malarky but already hooked! anyway thought someone might be interested that last night I was so xcited to find rellys dating back to 1783 couldnt sleep (husband came down and accused me of being one of them "Chat room people" mind you it was 1.00 in the morning. Point of this message - found a relative called Besingfield Braham - I dont know what the handle would have been in 1868 but even now thats unusual to say the least...probably explains alot of my off the wall behaviour!! would like to hear from you all. kim |
