Hope to find a sister

Iam trying to find a sister or indeed anyone who may have known my family. Last known address was in Brentwood,Essex in 194O. I know I have a sister called Patricia but I think she was adopted too.My Fathers name was Halold Arthur Tremble (died 1939) and my mothers name was Gwenodine. Have tried all the usual channels.
