Hi all, sorry but I won't be able to come after all. Have a good time and perhaps you could have a drink (or two or three) for me. Enjoy yourselves. Trish

If you print off last weeks newsletter from GC dated Oct. 30th you can print it off and use the LOGO heading with enough room for your name. See you all on Saturday. Marion

Kathleen - that's brilliant. And thanks to Yvonne! I don't think we need worry too much about the badges anyway - it'll soon become apparent who we all are: There should be: Marly, Jill, Yvonne and Sandra, Ann and Tony, Marion, Sally and Dave, Kathleen and Sue And possibly Trish and hubby and Debbi and hubby depending on circumstances on the day Sue

Hi everyone - Yvonne and her daughter have very kindly offered to pick me up en route so I will be able to join you in Bristol on Saturday - all being well. I'm not sure if I will have time to make a badge but if not that you will probably recognise me as the one that hasn't got one! If that makes sense. Looking forward to meeting up with you all. Kathleen

Would love to join you all in Bristol but too far away for me to nip down for lunch - don't think my old car would make it! Just popped in to say, have a lovely time. Maybe at some time in the New Year ??? Who knows - and if I win the Lottery tonight ........ Best wishes to you all and happy meeting. Kathleen

Ann I don't think he has anything to worry about - several other halves coming!! But tell him we'll all look after him - perhaps that's what's concerning him! Sue

Sue You can print off the page with the logo on by going to 'print screen'. Close the dialogue box that comes up, open a word doc. then press paste. You should then be able to print it off. Ann Glos

When I saved the GC logo I got nothing in the saved file, nor could I print it off. Have I had a senior moment or have the rest of you had a problem too? Sue

Venue sorted! Jill and I went to The Parkway yesterday. Plenty of parking, plenty of room inside and the food should (hopefully) suit everyone. They don't take bookings, but have said that they will put some tables together to accommodate us provided we avoid their busy time of 1.15-2.15. We thought it would be better if we aimed for 12 noon and got our place in the alcove of the large no smoking area (which is where they said they'd put us). Service, by the way, was ultra-quick! The food is fairly typical pub chain: Starters £2.25-£5.99; Main Meals, Grills, Megameals, (and Extras £1-£2) £3.45-£10.99; All Day Roasts, Jacket Potatoes, Baps, Burgers etc; and puddings! There are numerous vegetarian options. If you're all in agreement I suggest we go with this and say 12 o'clock at The Parkway (which is just outside Parkway Station and easy to find). We have 10 definites with 4 possibles who are unable to confirm one way or the other until the last minute (which won't matter at all if we go here). Sue PS - Marion, good idea re the GC badge!!

How about making a sticker or badge from the GenesC logo in the left hand corner? Should be easy to save and print off. Marion
