Hi Helen, His name was probably changed if he was adopted. I think you can put a letter in his adoption file. If he then asks to see them he will be told that somebody has left a letter. Could stand a chance. Sally

Sally, Helen posted this on the Tips Board. There's a little more info. Birth Name John McGibbon DOB 1/9/1946 place of birth was(New Buildings Hardgate ) Dunbartonshire Scotland mothers maiden name was ( Harrigan) Fathers Donald McGibbon Crista

My Brother John was born in Scotland on the 1/9/1946 ( New Buildings Hardgate Dunbartonshire Scotland) was put up for Adoption as a Baby in Russell Sq near Euston Station area once I get that far its******* I have his Birth Cert.
