Hi, I have had problems with my e-mail recently. One address I had decided not to work at all last week and the other I could only send mail every few days. Would receive but wouldn't send. I have had to resort to getting a brand new e-mail address, and yes I have altered my details for GC. Janet

That has happened to me on a few occasions and as I normally reply within 48 hours I can only think it's a glitch in the ISP that one of us is using. I have reposted via the GC contacts and got through that way with no problem.

Graham, It's possible the email address is no longer valid and they haven't updated the address in their details. Go to the "Your Contacts" section and email from there. As their email address is invalid, you will have to rely on them checking their contact list to see your message. Crista

I received an e-mail from GenesConected with a contact, the persons e-mail address was also given. I sent the contact an e-mail and just two minutes later the mail delivery service returned it. I have tried the address again, and again, no luck. what I want to know is if the contact is registered then any e-mails that GenesConnected send to the contact must also be returning, or am I just talking rubbish, anyone any ideas out there.
