Ukbdm loggin problems

I am registered with ukbdm(.) co.uk but have been unable to log in for the last week to access my certificates and change/add new. I am going to contact them, but has anyone else had the same problem? When I try to log in all I get is the "Page cannot be displayed. HTTP 500 Internal server error." message |

There has been a change of host and server recently, which might mean you have to alter cookies etc. I will send your problems on to Graham and come back to you with an answer when I can. Meanwhile, have you tried going in through www(.)ukbdm(.)co(.)uk Paul |

Brian and Karen, Received this reply from Graham this morning:- 1. Only enter the site through http(://)ukbdm(.)corpex(.)com 2. Make sure that they only bookmark the front page with the spinning logo 3. Make sure that popups ARE allowed on the site 4. Delete any cookies relating to ukbdm Paul |
