Maz (the Royal One) in the East End 9256 Report 19 Dec 2003 17:07

I find the best way is 1. go to Name Summary (on the left here) 2. there is a box at the top. You need to enter in the box how many days it is since you last checked for new names/messages. Change this to the correct number and click on 'update' 3. you will see a list with details of all new names added in that period 4. on the right it will display 'x new messages' against each relevant name 5. if you click on the surname concerned it will take you to the message boards for that surname and tell you which board the new message is on 6. click on the board title to view the messages 7. click 'back' on your toolbar twice to return to name summary 8. if you click on 'x new names' it will show you a list of all new names added in the period stated for that particular surname 9. click 'back' in between each time to get back to name summary page Sorry if this is a bit longwinded, but its easier to explain this way! Hope this helps Maz. XX
