To be more tolerant, to smile more ( even if I don't feel like it) To eat more sensibly, yet dont deny myself anything that i fancy ( food----I mean food ! ). To try to be more positive, Instead of looking towards the negative. Try to enjoy life. & continue to enjoy G.C. Happy New Year Elaine x

Sally, doctors seem to blame smoking on everything - broken leg, car accident, near drowning......................!!!!!!!!

I tried to give up smoking via hypnotherapy but it didnt work, so will concentrate on losing another 2 stone and then try.

Trish! That takes lots and lots of will power, I lost 5 stone in 2002/3 so have used up all of my willpower, So will have to keep on smoking. Keeps me sane, if I died tomorrow, no one could really say it was smoking. Bet I get some reaction to this one. Happy New Year all of you.
