My father Major Clifford Vivian Maxwell Inward died in a small-plane crash on 7th April 1945 flying from Peshawar to a Masonic dinner in Lahore in India (as it was then). Others killed in the same crash were: A/Capt Walter Russell Wicks; Capt Ronald Morris; Flt Sgt Alexander James Robertson RAF; WO Peter Humphrey Watson RAF; Major Frederick Harold Lewis; Sgt Sidney James Whitsey. I am in contact with the Wicks and Whitsey descendants and we would all like to make contact with relatives of any of the other people who died in that crash or anyone else who could tell us any more about the circumstances of the crash.
