Hi Carla, I can't find a Desiree and Terry living together. I did find a Terry of the right age (55) livng in Arizona. I did a search for a Desiree J * and found a Desiree J Stevens of the right age who was also in Arizona. I suppose there's a chance they divorced. Will email you the number and address of the Terry I found. Crista |

Hi Crista and Judy Thanks for teh help, at the moment we don't really know for sure that they are in the states, we just know that we can't find them here! Here is all that we have from a marriage cert dated 3rd January 1970 Terry Eugene Thompson 21 years sergeant us Marine corps no 2125127 Father leo Webster Thompson (electrician) Desiree Joy Whyte (now thompson) 19 years Secretary father Percival Whyte (deceased) witness John JC Wilkinson Jr (bet he was a marine ) and an E A O'Sullivan We have an address of 22 Great North Way, Hendon London NW4 but Brent can't go back any further on the address than 1982 and they weren't there then. We are stuck! We cant even find the birth of Desiree it's like they just fell out of the sky or something. Any help greatfully appreciated. Cheers Carla |

Crista: A useful site I've used in the past (with success) for finding living relatives in the US is www(.)usearch(.)com. The initial name search is free, and will list name, state, and age (it helps if you know the state.) For a small fee, they will supply you with additional information. You can, though, find the person yourself if they have a listed telephone number with the telephone company. After finding the information at the ussearch site, simply go to a site, like www(.)anywho(.)com and enter the name and state found at ussearch site. If they're listed in the telephone directory you'll then have their physical address as well as a telephone number....at no cost. Judy |

Hello Crista, Joan (@ myfolks) has reccomended you very highly. I have an "american problem" and she thinks you may be able to help me. I am looking for a Marine (you may have seen my message on the records board) but it would appear that he is now back in the USA We have found a Terry E Thompson living with a Desiree Joy Thompson and were hoping that you may be able to take it that little bit further for me...I don't know but Joan thinks that you may be able to get a phone number or address seeing as though you are in the USA apparently it's easier for you over there than it is for us over here. If you need any more information I will try if you let me know what it is. I wont be able to check this board and my e-mails again until tomorrow morning as I will be signing off soon.
