Hi all, I am now back from my fantastic four week holiday in South Africa and feeling refreshed (I won't mention the depressed bit about the weather that I returned to in Edinburgh yesterday!!). Anyway, I hope that you have all had a fantastic festive season and I wish you all many new branches for 2004. Thanks also to everyone who sent me their festive wishes, it was very much appreciated.
