Sharon: Could this be the family you are looking for? Information obtained from the British Census, 1881. Using birth year you gave for Michael in your post, this is the only family that was listed within a 5 year span one way or the other. The family was living at: 3 Coopers Court London, Middlesex, England Michael O'SULLIVAN Head M Male 38 Ireland Dock Laborer (Birth year 1843) Mary O'SULLIVAN Wife M Female 37 Ireland (Birth year 1844) Michael O'SULLIVAN Son Male 11 Wapping, Middlesex, England Scholar (Birth year 1870) Jeremiah O'SULLIVAN Son Male 9 Wapping, Middlesex, England Scholar (Birth year 1872) William O'SULLIVAN Son Male 4 Wapping, Middlesex, England Scholar (Birth year 1877) Patrick O'SULLIVAN Son Male 2 Wapping, Middlesex, England (Birth year 1879) (There was only one other Michael O'Sullivan listed within 5 years, one way or the other, using birth year you gave for Michael in your post and head of house didn't match. over the past year l have been trying to find information about my gparents, Michael O'sullivan 1872 and Mary ellen O'sullivan 1877. Seven children were born, they lived in Hastings (Hollington) I can't find their birth certificates or marriage certificate. Both died in Hastings and presumably so have all the children..Can anybody help..family history is more difficult than l thought! sharyn Ryan
