Would you believe - Hokitika! I guess all of the UK GC members are just out of bed. That's where I'm heading. I've been half the night looking at Gypsy websites. If anyone can't find any of their rellies with unusual names then they were probably in a caravan or boarding house on Census night. The travellers index is fascinating. Thanks Bill in Oz. Ann

Hi Mags I'm in sunny New Zealand too! Can't tell fortunes but I 'know' things sometimes..... But we won't get into that. Although - my grandmother used to do a great line in teacup readings at afternoon tea on Sunday afternoons - until Dad yelled at her to "Stop that, Mother!" Seriously - it would be great if anyone can tell me if they have found anything in their research.

I am supposed to have an English Gypsy ancestor. Don't know which side of the family they're on. I don't live in Britain so I don't know much about them. Can anyone enlighten me?
