Hi Amanda, I live in Tsawwassen, BC, south of Vancouver. Born in England in 1931, lived mostly in Hove Sussex, and then Kent , moved here in 1961. Started tracing my family tree in April this year. It's not so easy doing it here as in England, but it can be done with the aid of your local Family History Society, your local Latter Day Saints library and all their resources, your computer, books and of course Genesconnected members, most of whom are willing to give advice and do lookups for you. Hallo Amanda, I live in Calgary. Although my dad's side of the family have been in Canada since the 1840s (gg granny was born in Kingston, Ont!), my mum was English and I am currently researching ancestors in England and Scotland. I lived in England for over 30 years, shame I didn't think of doing this research then! Patsy

Are there any ex-pats from UK, now living in Canada, who are tracing there family tree. I am orignally from Bristol, but emigrated to Ontario in November 1998, would like to make contact with anyone who shares the same interest and lives in Canada. Amanda
