Hi Keith Iv'e just got an e mail from FR lottery They are passing the matter over to their tech team. It makes me feel a little better knowing that i'm not the only one whose had problems with it. But it IS scary when you see the words INSUFFICIANT FUNDS. My first thought was "Someones nicked me cash !!! " LOL ! Checked my online account & all is ok though it really gave me a fright ! Going shopping now,...Hopefully with a debit card with money in the account !! Elaine x :o-) |

I thought I would try out the F R Lottery.______________ Put in Details___________ carefully ( as always ) put in bank details............Recieved confirmation email.......... Tried to put in the minimum amount (£5...each line is a £1 ) filled in area & where I am at the moment ??? (home...office...visiting )_______________ What happens??....I get a message that either my issue date is incorrect, postcode is incorrect....or I have no funds !!!!! Very scared & nearly having heart faliure, I have just checked & " PHEW ! " my money is safely still in my account. -------------------------------------------------------------------- mY issue no. & postcode is correct too......I have just emailed FR LOttery & have asked them to sort it out or take my bank details off the site.......................... At the moment with hubbys job looking really bad, I'm getting upset about the slightest thing & dont need the hassle !! Its a shame as I can choose the charity that my money goes to :o(( Elaine x |
